Warranty Terms

The System guarantees the accuracy and functionality of all information provided on this web page.

The system can be installed and operated even if the structure does not meet the standards in this document. In this case, system features affected by missing standards in the structure cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect and/or incomplete information and standards made by the buyer exclude the system from warranty.

All devices in the system are under 2 (two) years manufacturer's warranty. Devices with manufacturing defects or systemic failures are replaced with new ones.

Direct contact of the devices with water takes the devices out of warranty.

Resetting the devices by users, attempting to install software, forcing them, trying to open them, subjecting them to physical impacts and trying to use them for purposes other than their intended use exclude the devices from the scope of warranty.

Maintenance and repair of the devices can be performed by the manufacturer company and/or the services authorised by the manufacturer company. Any intervention other than these excludes the devices from the scope of warranty.

The devices use the internet infrastructure (Wi-Fi) of the environment (apartment, building) where they are located as standard. Users must provide their own internet infrastructure. If the devices are subjected to user-caused internet interruption, emergency data transmission of the devices cannot be guaranteed.

The BLACK BOX system cannot guarantee a relationship with SAR and/or EMERGENCY AID organisations. The MANUFACTURER is the sole manufacturer and operator of the BLACK BOX system.

Although the devices are manufactured resistant to pressure and breakage, it cannot be guaranteed that the devices will not be damaged in line with the infinite alternatives that may occur in demolitions.

The Li-ion batteries inside the devices must be replaced every 2 (two) years. If the batteries are not replaced, the operating time of the devices during power failures cannot be guaranteed.
