What is Black Box

Disaster Black Box System is a high-tech electronic system that acts as a monitor, warning and rescuer in the fields of FIRES, EXPLOSIONS, AIR POLLUTION, HIGH NOISE, TSUNAMI, FLOODING, THIEF WARNING, especially EARTHQUAKES.

The system consists of 5 (five) different electronic devices, special servers that store the data of these devices and user-friendly software.

The purpose of the system is to monitor environmental conditions before disasters occur, to minimize damage and loss of life by warning during the disaster, and to verify the vital data of people trapped after the disaster.

Technologies Used

Disaster (Earthquake) Black Box System is a LIFESAVING-oriented electronic system. For this reason, it is designed to work under difficult conditions in disasters.

The outer boxes of all 5 (Five) different electronic devices used in the system are resistant to breakage and pressure. They are made of carbon fiber PLA material. The boxes are designed to provide continuous air flow through them with the principle of FOX HOLE.

By using Magnetic Type-C Cables in the devices, power connections are provided so that they can easily move with the demolition in demolitions.

Device Displays are reinforced with POLYCARBON Glass which is resistant to breakage and burning.

The devices are equipped with sensors and components that can measure the carbon dioxide level in their environment with a sensitivity of 1 in 10,000, monitor the ambient temperature and humidity with the same sensitivity, monitor the seismic and equilibrium mobility in their environment with a sensitivity of 75 milliseconds, measure the g force on the structure they are in, monitor the sound traces in the environment with high sensitivity, monitor the live mobility in the environment with Microwave technology and give an audible warning in risky situations.

The devices are programmed in an architecture that can transfer a large amount of information by transmitting a very small data block to the servers. In cases where it cannot transmit data, it can store data in its memory.

The devices are designed to operate for a very long life without any possible problems other than manufacturing defects.

Problems that may occur in the devices can be monitored remotely. It can be intervened in a short time and restored to healthy working conditions.

All sensors and components used on the devices are designed as plug-in/plug-out. An electronic repair on the devices is very easy and low cost.

FLOOR DEVICE

Task It monitors the seismic and equilibrium mobility on the floor of the building, transmits the total number of people in the building received from the person counting device to the server, monitors the temperature and carbon dioxide amount in the building floor, and transmits the explosion, fire, etc. situations that may occur on the floor to the server.

In case of a destruction in the building, the floor device starts to behave like a room device and switches to the mode of finding alive in the ruins.

PEOPLE COUNTING DEVICE

Its task is to count the number of people entering and leaving the building. It transmits this number to the server at 1 minute intervals.

ROOM DEVICE

Its task is to monitor the weather conditions in the room, live mobility, noise and seismic mobility; to warn in case of a risky situation, to search for survivors if a disaster has occurred.

Measures and warns the air quality in the environment. Measures and warns fire risk. It can detect explosion. Measures and warns earthquakes and tremors. It can monitor and warn tsunamis. It can act as a burglar alarm. It can detect and warn high noise. It can monitor and warn flooding and high humidity.

ROOF DEVICE
